Hi !!!!

Happy Monday to u all !!!. Its  been more than a month since I last blogged. My broadband has been giving me lot of problems with their erratic connectivity issues. But finally they have been able to sort out the problem & since yesterday its been working fine. 

During this period I tried my hands in dot painting & recycled another bottle . This is how it looks ... Have used 0" & 2" size brush & acrylic paints. 

Have to apply a coat of varnish on the same. Somebody told me that glass surface needs separate kind of varnish but the one I have is for clay work or wooden surface. If anybody knows about glass varnish do let me know & from where I can get it ...??

I have also started to learn macrame. After watching few videos on the same I was able to make this small mobile pouch using simple square knots. 

For this I have used malai dori which I had got from Pradhan Stores long time back . Still need to affix front button.😊   Need to try out few more projects to get acquainted with this art form.

I would also like to share my young student's work. They are in 4th & 5th grade and they have done these beautiful Madhubani paintings. Makes me feel so proud 😊😊

Crochet Mobile Pouch

My mother taught me to crochet at a very early age. In my school days i used to do lot of crochet work. But later on with busy time schedules,studies i literally stopped crocheting. Few months back while surfing thru net i came across the tutorial for making these beautiful mobile pouches. I loved them so much that i decided to make them immediately. The stitch used in this pouch is shell stitch. The blue pouch is made of yarn and for the yellow pouch i hv used thread .
