Photo frame with Madhubani

Hello Ladies !!!

Today's my son last exam and I have finally got time to do my blog post.During these past few week, everything has been on hold. My craft cravings, drawing classes, shopping for Durga Pooja............. etc.

I chanced upon few photo frames in my craft stock and decided to some painting on it. This is a  medium sized photo frame measuring approx. about 8" x 6". I have painted peacock motifs in madhubani style using  acrylic colors.

Another pic.

It didn't take much time to finish, However I am not happy with the end result. Maybe my mind was not completely on it, or maybe I was just too adamant to satisfy myself psychologically that I have done something..........., I don't know exactly but,  down the line it didn't came out so well as I expected it to be. People around me are telling me that I am mistaken and that it is looking good, They don't want me to get upset.. maybe... So now the ball is in  your court. You tell me hows it looking??????????????????????????

I would like to end this blog post with this colored pencil drawing of Taj Mahal, which I had completed last month. The basic color combination is net inspired with few incorporations at my end to give it my own personal touch.

Do drop in with your comments and let me know how it looks.

Till next time take care and have a nice day.............
